// CUSTOM SOFTWARE

Custom Software Development

When nothing on the market does what your company needs, you build it. We develop custom software: internal systems, operations platforms and automations that follow your real process — the one currently spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and two people memories.

// WHAT YOU GET

What you get

  • It fits how you work, not the reverse

    Off-the-shelf software forces you to reshape your operation to fit it. Here it goes the other way: we understand your process first, then build software that follows it, in your rules and your vocabulary.

  • You stop paying per user, permanently

    Monthly per-seat licences penalise exactly what you want: growth. You pay for development once and take support only if you want it. Adding ten employees does not raise your bill.

  • It connects what lives in islands today

    Your data is in a spreadsheet, your operation in WhatsApp and your invoicing somewhere else. We integrate all of it over APIs into one place, so nobody types the same thing three times.

  • It automates what someone does by hand

    Reports assembled by copy-paste, follow-up emails, commission calculations, reconciliations. Those are hours of your team the system can absorb without making mistakes.

  • It grows in modules, not all at once

    We start with whichever module hurts most today and get it into production in weeks. The rest follow with the system already live and producing value.

  • You own the code

    You get the repository, the database and the credentials. If you want to continue with another team tomorrow, you can.

// HOW WE WORK

How we work

  1. Step 1: Real process discovery

    We sit with the people doing the work, not only with management. We document the process as it actually happens, exceptions and shortcuts included.

  2. Step 2: Navigable prototype

    You get the key screens to walk through and criticise before a single line of code exists. Changing here costs minutes; changing later costs weeks.

  3. Step 3: Module by module development

    We build in biweekly sprints, starting with the most urgent module. You see progress every two weeks and can reorder priorities as you go.

  4. Step 4: Data migration and training

    We import whatever you have today in spreadsheets or your previous system, and train your team on their own data, not demo examples.

  5. Step 5: Supported launch and evolution

    We stay with you through the first weeks of real operation and adjust whatever daily use reveals. From there we evolve the system at the pace you set.

Frequently asked questions

How much does custom software development cost?

It depends almost entirely on scope: a single-module system for twenty users is nothing like a platform spanning several departments with integrations. That is why we start with discovery, which produces a fixed written price broken down by module, so you can decide what goes into the first stage and what waits. Quoting is free.

How long until it is running?

A first useful module is usually in production in 6 to 10 weeks. A complete system covering several areas, 4 to 8 months. We work in stages precisely so you do not have to wait until the end to start using it.

Would an off-the-shelf system be cheaper?

Often yes, and we will tell you so directly. If a market product covers 90% of what you need, buy it — faster and cheaper. Custom development earns its cost when your process is your competitive advantage, when no product covers the essentials, or when you have spent years paying licences for software that never quite fit.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, from day one. The repository is created in your account, the database lives in your infrastructure or an account in your name, and the credentials are yours. We work inside your environment, not the other way around.

What if I want to change vendors later?

You can, without asking us. We hand over documented code, the database schema and deployment instructions, built on standard technologies with no exotic dependencies. Staying with us should be because it suits you, not because you cannot leave.

How is this different from web development?

Web development is what your customer sees: your site, your online store, your landing page. Custom software is what your team uses internally: the system they operate, quote, track inventory or follow up with. Many projects need both, and we build them together, sharing one database and one login.
