Data controller
DC Consulting, located at Calle San Guillermo Martínez 19, Lote 4, Pedregal de Santa Úrsula Coapa, Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, C.P. 04600, México, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.
For anything related to this notice you can write to chriscr@dcdevconsulting.com or call +525523390939.
Personal data we collect
Through the contact form on this site and through our WhatsApp and email channels, we collect only the data you voluntarily provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Whatever information you choose to include in your message about your project or company
Data we do NOT collect
We do not request or process sensitive personal data, financial or asset data, or information about minors. If you send us that kind of information on your own initiative inside a message, please do not: we do not need it to help you.
How we use your data
Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes, necessary to assist you:
- Responding to your request for information or contact
- Preparing and sending you a quote or service proposal
- Following up on the commercial conversation and, where applicable, formalising the engagement
- Keeping an internal record of requests received
Secondary purposes
Additionally, and only if you do not object, we may use your contact details to send you information about our services that we believe may interest you.
These purposes are not necessary to handle your request. You may object at any time by writing to chriscr@dcdevconsulting.com with the subject "Objection to secondary purposes"; declining will not affect the service you receive.
Data transfers
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone.
To operate the site and the contact form we rely on technology providers that may store or process the information on our behalf, as processors and only for the purposes described: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Resend (form email delivery) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business, when contact happens through that channel). These providers may operate servers outside Mexico.
Beyond those cases, we do not carry out transfers requiring your consent under article 37 of the LFPDPPP, except when required by a competent authority.
Your ARCO rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to request correction when your information is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to ask us to remove it from our records when you believe it is not being used in line with this notice (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection).
To exercise any of these rights, send your request to chriscr@dcdevconsulting.com including: your name and a means of replying to you, a copy of official identification, a clear description of the data concerned, and anything that helps us locate your data.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days and, where applicable, act on it within the following 15 business days.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time by writing to chriscr@dcdevconsulting.com. Note that legal obligations or an active contractual relationship may prevent us from acting on the withdrawal immediately in every case.
Data retention
We keep your contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of the commercial relationship and any applicable legal periods. After that, the data is removed from our active records.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses browser local storage to remember your choice about the cookie notice. We may use analytics tools that collect aggregate information about site usage, such as pages visited, device type and traffic source, without identifying you personally.
You can disable or delete these technologies from your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from using the site.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change to reflect changes in our services, in applicable regulation or in our privacy practices. Any modification will be published at this same address: https://dcdevconsulting.com/en/privacy-policy. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
Data protection authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority in Mexico.
