// WHATSAPP CRM

WhatsApp CRM for Companies

Your team works from a single WhatsApp number, every conversation is tied to a customer and a pipeline stage, and you can finally measure how much you sell over chat. We implement the WhatsApp CRM and wire it into what you already use.

// WHAT YOU GET

What you get

  • One number, your whole team

    No more company phone that only one person carries. Several agents work the same number in parallel, with automatic assignment and no duplicate threads.

  • Full history per customer

    Every chat links to a record with contact details, past purchases and team notes. Whoever picks up the conversation sees everything that came before.

  • A visible sales pipeline

    Conversations move through stages: new, quoted, negotiating, closed. At a glance you know how many leads you have and where they stall.

  • Nothing goes unanswered

    Alerts for unattended conversations, follow-up reminders and automatic reassignment when an agent does not reply in time.

  • Connected to your systems

    We integrate it with your POS, ERP, Google Sheets or existing CRM so nobody ends up typing the same thing twice.

  • Reporting people actually use

    First response time, conversations per agent, close rate and lead source. Numbers for deciding, not for decorating.

// HOW WE WORK

How we work

  1. Step 1: Map your sales process

    We define the real stages of your pipeline, who handles what and which information you need captured at each step.

  2. Step 2: Platform setup

    We register the number on WhatsApp Business API, create your team users and configure assignment rules.

  3. Step 3: Integrations and migration

    We connect the CRM to your current systems and import whatever contact base you already have.

  4. Step 4: Team training

    A hands-on session with your agents and supervisors. You get a quick guide and preloaded canned replies.

  5. Step 5: First month alongside you

    We review real usage, adjust stages and automations, and leave the reports your operation needs.

// FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a WhatsApp CRM implementation cost?

Implementation is quoted based on how many agents you have and which integrations you need. The platform license and Meta per-conversation fees are separate. We present the two or three options that best fit your volume, with clear numbers, before you decide.

How many agents can share the same number?

As many as you need. The official API lets several people work the same number in parallel, each with their own user and inbox — exactly what the regular WhatsApp Business app cannot do.

Does it integrate with my existing CRM?

Yes. We work with HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Odoo, and if you run something custom we connect it over API. The goal is for WhatsApp to feed your CRM, not to create a second database.

Can I see my team conversations?

Yes. A supervisor profile shows every conversation, response times and per-agent performance. The full record also stays with the company if someone leaves — which is not the case when support lives on personal phones.

Can I send broadcasts or campaigns?

Yes, using Meta-approved templates and only to contacts who opted in. We set opt-in up properly: mass messaging without permission is the fastest way to get reported and lose number quality.

Can it be combined with the chatbot?

That is what we recommend most. The bot filters and resolves the repetitive traffic, so only conversations worth your agents time reach them. Both services share the same number and the same history.
